RATES AND RESERVATIONS:
| Low Season (May 1 - October 31) | $500.00 per night (3 night minimum) |
| High Season (November 1 - April 30) | $800.00 per night (3 night Minimum) |
| Xmas/New Years (December 18 - January 7) | $1000.00 per night (one week minimum) |
| Easter (April - April 8) | $1000.00 per night (one week minimum) |
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If balance is not paid by due date, reservation is subject to cancellation.
Cancellations are subject to a charge as follows:
- 10% of deposit on any cancellation after reservation confirmation.
- 50% of the deposit if notice is received from 60-31 days prior to arrival date.
- 75% of the deposit if notice is received from 30-15 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of the deposit if notice is received from 14 days or less prior to arrival date or 60 days or less prior to the arrival date during the following periods: Dec 18 - Jan 7 and April 2 - 12
