RATES
Low Season / $500 per night
May 01 — October 31 / 3 night minimum
High Season / $800 per night
November 01 — April 30 / 3 night minimum
Xmas & New Years / $1,000 per night
Decemeber 18 — January 07 / 1 week minimum
Easter / $1,000 per night
April 01 — April 08 / 1 week minimum
Rates subject to 18% government tax. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If balance is not paid by due date, reservation is subject to cancellation.
Cancellations are subject to a charge as follows
10% of deposit on any cancellation after reservation confirmation.
50% of the deposit if notice is received from 60-31 days prior to arrival date.
75% of the deposit if notice is received from 30-15 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the deposit if notice is received from 14 days or less prior to arrival date or 60 days or less prior to the arrival date during the following periods: Dec 18 – Jan 7 and April 2 – 12
